NJIT CPE Talent Development Grants

As a result of NJIT Continuing Professional Education’s (CPE) history of collaborative work with NJ’s institutions of higher education, vocational and specialized high schools, NJ’s workforce system and employers, three important grants were awarded to NJIT CPE to improve the opportunities for job-seeking STEM professionals to improve their knowledge and/or obtain meaningful new employment in New Jersey. Funded by the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development and Training Administration, CPE has been hosting the following Talent Networks: NJIT Advanced Manufacturing (M-NJ), Technology (IT) and Entrepreneurship (T-E) and funded by the U.S. Department of Labor, NJIT oversees the H-1B VIsa IT/STEM training program, upSKILL.

Advanced Manufacturing Talent Network – ManufactureNJ is committed to stabilizing and developing a highly trained manufacturing workforce, to ensure that New Jersey manufacturers overcome challenges, compete effectively and succeed.
