Project Management Overview
Course Objective: Provide students with a high level understanding of some of the basic key concepts of project management.
Intended Audience: Anyone seeking a very broad understanding of Project Management concepts and techniques used in managing a project.
Course Description: This is a one-day high level overview of Project Management. Key concepts involved in project planning and control will be explored. Students will learn various tools and techniques for project planning and will work in groups on some exercises to get some hands-on practice in using the techniques.
